٣٢٨٩٥ - حدثنا أبو داود الطيالسي عن هشام عن حماد عن إبراهيم قال: (تجوز) (١) وصية الصبي في ماله في الثلث فما دونه.
It is narrated from Hammad that Ibrahim said: It is permissible for a child to make a will for up to one third or less of his wealth.
