Hadith 32894
٣٢٨٩٤ - حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن الشيباني عن أبي بكر بن أبي موسى قال: أوصى ابن لأبي موسى غلام صغير بوصية، فأراد إخوته أن يردوا وصيته، فارتفعوا إلى شريح فأجاز وصية الغلام.
It is narrated from Abu Bakr bin Abi Musa that a young son of Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) made a will. His brothers wanted to annul his will, so the matter was taken to the court of Judge Shurayh, who upheld the will of this child.
