٣٢٨٦٣ - حدثنا حفص عن عاصم عن الشعبي أنه سئل عن رجل أوصى بجاريته لابن أخيه، ثم وطئها قال: أفسد وصيته.
It is narrated from Asim that Sha'bi was asked about a man who made a bequest of his slave woman for his nephew, then had intercourse with her. He said: This man has invalidated his bequest.
