Hadith 32847
٣٢٨٤٧ - حدثنا ابن إدريس عن ليث عن مجاهد قال: قال عمر: ما أعتق الرجل في مرضه من رقيقه فهي وصية، إن شاء رجع فيها (١).
It is narrated from Mujahid that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The slave whom a man frees during his terminal illness falls under the ruling of a bequest; if he wishes, he may also revoke it.
