Hadith 32846
٣٢٨٤٦ - حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن حسين المعلم عن عمرو بن شعيب عن عبد اللَّه بن الحارث بن أبي ربيعة أو الحارث (بن عبد اللَّه) (١) بن أبي ربيعة قال: قلت لعمر: شيء يصنعه أهل اليمن يوصي الرجل ثم يغير وصيته، قال: ليغير ما شاء من وصيته (٢).
Abdullah bin Harith bin Abi Rabi’ah or Harith bin Abdullah bin Abi Rabi’ah narrates that I asked Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the people of Yemen do this: a man makes a will and then changes his will. He replied: A man has the authority to change his will.
