Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Khallas that a woman was told during her terminal illness to make a bequest for such-and-such, and for such-and-such, and she kept nodding her head in affirmation. The matter was referred to Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) for judgment, but he did not enforce this bequest.
