رجل أوصى (للمحاويج) أين يجعل؟One Who Bequeaths for the Needy—Where Should It Be Spent?
Hadith 32812
٣٢٨١٢ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن معمر عن رجل عن عكرمة في رجل أوصى وصية للمحوجين، قال: يجعل في القرابة، فإن لم يكونوا (ففي الموالي) (١)، فإن لم يكونوا (ففي الجيران) (٢).
Muammar narrates from a man, from Ikrimah, that he said regarding the person who made a bequest for the needy: that this bequest should first be spent among his relatives; if they are not present, then among the slaves; and if they too are not present, then among the neighbors.
