٣٢٨١٠ - حدثنا عبدة عن عبد الملك عن عطاء قال: لا تكون المرأة وصيًا، فإن فعل نظر إلى رجل يوثق به فجعل ذلك إليه.
Abdul Malik narrates from Hazrat Ata, he said that a woman cannot be entrusted with the responsibility of executing a will; if a man does so, then a trustworthy man can be found and given this responsibility.
