Hadith 32771
٣٢٧٧١ - حدثنا زيد بن الحباب (عن حماد) (١) بن سلمة عن عمرو ابن شعيب أن ابن أبي ربيعة كتب إلى عمر بن الخطاب: (٢) الرجل يوصي بوصية ثم يوصي بأخرى، قال: أملكهما آخرهما (٣).
It is narrated from Amr bin Shu'aib that Ibn Abi Rabee'ah asked Hazrat Umar bin Khattab about a man who made one will and then made another will. He replied that the last of the two wills is more deserving to be executed.
