٣٢٧٦٧ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى أو هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن قال: إذا أوصى بوصية ثم أوصى بأخرى بعدها قال: يؤخذ (بالأخرى) (١) (منهما) (٢).
Yunus Hasan narrates that it was said: When a person makes one will and then makes another will afterwards, the second will shall be acted upon.
