ما جاء في الوصية (لوارث)Narrations Regarding Making a Bequest to an Heir
Hadith 32751
٣٢٧٥١ - حدثنا ملازم بن عمرو عن عبد اللَّه بن بدر قال: سأل رجل ابن عمر فقال: يا ابن عمر ما ترى في الوصية للوارث؟ (فانتهره) (١) وقال: هل قاربت الحرورية؟ فقال: لا (تجوز) (٢) الوصية للوارث (٣).
Abdullah bin Badr narrates that a man asked Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them), "O Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them)! What is your opinion about making a bequest for an heir?" He rebuked him and said, "Do you have any connection with the Khawarij? It is not permissible to make a bequest for an heir."
