Hadith 32712
٣٢٧١٢ - حدثنا أبو أسامة قال: حدثنا إسماعيل عن قيس قال: كان بين ابن مسعود والوليد بن عقبة (حسن) (١) قال: فدعا عليهما سعد فقال: اللهم أمسّ بينهما، فكان أحدهما يقول لصاحبه: لقد أجيب فينا سعد (٢).
Hazrat Qais narrates that there were good relations between Hazrat Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) and Walid bin Uqbah. Hazrat Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) cursed both of them and said, "O Allah! Create arrogance and pride between them." Consequently, later on, one of them used to say to the other that Hazrat Sa'd's curse regarding us has been accepted.
