Hadith 3269
٣٢٦٩ - حدثنا يزيد بن هارون قال: أخبرنا منصور بن حيان قال: سمعت عمرو بن ميمون الأودي (١) يقول: إن كنت لأصلي خلف عمر بن الخطاب الفجر، ولو أن ابني مني ثلاثة أذرع ما عرفته حتى يتكلم (٢).
Hazrat Amr bin Maymoon Audhi says that I used to offer the Fajr prayer behind Hazrat Umar bin Khattab. At that time, it would be so dark that if my son were three yards away from me, I would not be able to recognize him without hearing his voice.
