Hadith 32667
٣٢٦٦٧ - حدثنا معاوية بن هشام عن سفيان عن أبي إسحاق قال: رأيت حجر ابن عدي وهو يقول: (هاه) (١) بيعتي لا أقيلها ولا أستقيلها، سماع اللَّه والناس -يعني بقوله: المغيرة.
Abu Ishaq says that I heard Hajar bin 'Adi saying: "Alas for my pledge of allegiance! Which I can neither annul nor seek release from, for it has been heard by Allah and the people." By "the people," he meant Hazrat Mughirah (may Allah be pleased with him).
