ما قالوا: في تعبير الرؤياSayings of the Predecessors Regarding the Interpretation of Dreams
Hadith 32470
٣٢٤٧٠ - (حدثنا) (١) هشيم عن يعلى بن عطاء عن وكيع بن عدس العقيلي عن عمه أبي رزين أنه سمع النبي ﷺ يقول: "الرؤيا على رجل طائر ما لم تعبر، فإذا عبرت وقعت"، قال: "والرؤيا جزء من ستة وأربعين جزءا من النبوة"، وأحسبه قال: "لا تقصها إلا على واد أو ذي رأي" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Razin (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "A dream remains suspended on the foot of a bird until it is interpreted; then when it is interpreted, it comes to pass." The narrator says that a dream is one part out of forty-six parts of prophethood. The narrator says: I think the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also said that a dream should not be related to anyone except a friend or a wise person.
