Hadith 32302
٣٢٣٠٢ - حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا الأعمش عن سليمان بن ميسرة عن طارق ابن شهاب قال: قال: سلمان لزيد بن صوحان: كيف أنت إذا اقتتل القرآن والسلطان؟ قال: إذا أكون مع القرآن، قال: نعم (الزييد) (١) إذا أنت (٢).
Hazrat Tariq bin Shihab narrates that Hazrat Salman asked Zaid bin Suhan: What will be your condition when there is fighting between the people of the Qur'an and the people of kingship? He replied: Then I will be with the Qur'an. He said: Little Zaid, then you will be very good.
