Hadith 32260
٣٢٢٦٠ - حدثنا (سهل) (١) بن يوسف عن حميد الطويل عن (معاوية) (٢) بن (قرة) (٣) عن أبي المغيرة قال: قرأ رجل عند ابن مسعود ⦗٤٨٧⦘ فقال: (استعيذ بالسميع) (٤) العليم من الشيطان الرجيم، فقال عبد اللَّه: جردوا القرآن.
Hazrat Abu Mughira narrates that a person recited the Qur'an before Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) and said: I seek refuge with the Being who is All-Hearing, All-Knowing, from the accursed Satan. So he (Ibn Mas'ud) said: Keep the Qur'an free from other things.
