٣٢٢٥٩ - حدثنا المحاربي عن الحسن بن عبيد اللَّه قال: قلت لعبد الرحمن بن الأسود ما يمنعك أن (تكون) (١) سألت كما سأل إبراهيم؟ قال: فقال: كان يقال: جردوا القرآن.
Hazrat Hasan bin Ubaidullah says that I said to Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Aswad: What prevents you from asking questions as Ibrahim used to ask? The narrator says, so he replied: It was said: Keep the Qur'an free from anything other than the Qur'an.
