Hadith 32194
٣٢١٩٤ - حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن أبي إسحاق الشيباني عن واصل ابن (حيان) (١) عن شقيق بن سلمة عن عبد اللَّه قال: كيف أنتم (إذا) (٢) ⦗٤٧٠⦘ (أسري) (٣) على كتاب اللَّه فذهب به؟ (قال) (٤): يا أبا عبد الرحمن كيف (بما) (٥) في (أجواف) (٦) الرجال؟ قال: يبعث اللَّه ريحا طيبة (فتلفت) (٧) كل مؤمن (٨).
Hazrat Shaqiq bin Salamah narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "What will be your condition when a night comes upon the Qur'an such that the Qur'an will be taken away?" The narrator asked: "O Abdur Rahman! How will this be possible when the Qur'an is preserved in the hearts of men?" He replied: "Allah will send a pure wind, and thus all will pass away."
