Hadith 32069
٣٢٠٦٩ - حدثنا الفضل بن دكين قال: حدثنا موسى بن علي قال: سمعت أبي يحدث عن عقبة بن عامر قال: خرج إلينا رسول اللَّه ﷺ ونحن في الصفة فقال: "أيكم يحب أن يغدو كل يوم إلى بطحان أو العقيق، فيأتي منه بناقتين كوماوين في غير إثم ولا قطيعة رحم؟ "، قلنا: (١) يا رسول اللَّه، كلنا نحب ذلك، قال: " (فلأن) (٢) يغدو أحدكم إلى المسجد فيعلم، أو يقرأ (آيتين) (٣) من كتاب اللَّه خير له من (ناقتين، وثلاث (خير له من ثلاث) (٤)، و) (٥) أربع خير له من أربع (ومثل) (٦) أعدادهن من الإبل" (٧).
Hazrat Uqbah bin Amir narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came to us while we were in Suffah. He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Which one of you would like to go early in the morning to the place of Bathan or Aqeeq and bring back two she-camels, the best among them, without committing any sin or severing ties of kinship?" The companions replied, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! All of us would like that." He (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Going to the mosque and reciting or teaching two verses is better than two she-camels, and three verses are better than three she-camels, and likewise four verses are better than four she-camels, and better than their number in camels."
