Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed prayer in a single garment. When he would pray in a single garment, he would use its extra part to protect himself from the heat and cold of the ground.
