Hadith 31890
٣١٨٩٠ - حدثنا عبدة بن سليمان عن سعيد بن أبي عروبة عن قتادة عن قاسم الشيباني عن زيد بن أرقم قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "إن هذه الحشوش محتضرة، فإذا دخل أحدكم فليقل: اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الخبث والخبائث" (١).
Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Indeed, these toilets and similar places are spots where jinn and others are present. So whenever any one of you enters the toilet, he should say: O Allah! I seek refuge with You from the evil jinn, whether male or female.
