Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Saeed bin Abi Saeed narrates that when I finished the Maghrib prayer, Hazrat Nafi’ bin Jubair met me. So I said: How are you? He replied: When you pass by the grave of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), say: Peace and mercy of Allah be upon the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Surely, Satan will say: You have no companion. Then, when you enter your family, say: Peace be upon you. Surely, Satan will say: You have no place to stay for the night. Then, when food is brought before you, say: I begin with the name of Allah. Surely, Satan will flee humiliated and disgraced, and will say to his companions: There is no place for you to stay the night, nor anything for you to eat.
