Hadith 31506
٣١٥٠٦ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن أبي إسحاق عن أبي عبيدة قال: كان عبد اللَّه إذا اجتهد في الدعاء قال: اللهم إني أسألك من فضلك الذي أفضلت علي، وبلائك الحسن الذي ابتليتني، ونعمائك التي أنعمت علي أن تدخلني الجنة، اللهم أدخلني الجنة برحمتك ومغفرتك (و) (١) فضلك (٢).
Hazrat Abu Ubaidah narrates that when Hazrat Abdullah bin Mas'ud would strive greatly in supplication, he would say: O Allah! I ask You by the blessing of that grace with which You have shown kindness to me, and by the blessing of that good trial with which You have tested me, and by the blessing of those bounties which You have bestowed upon me, that You admit me into Paradise. O Allah! Admit me into Paradise by Your mercy, by Your forgiveness, and by Your grace.
