ما جاء عن عبد الله بن مسعود ﵁Supplications Narrated from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud
Hadith 31499
٣١٤٩٩ - حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن أبي إسحاق عن الأسود وعلقمة قالا: قال عبد اللَّه: إن في كتاب اللَّه آيتين ما أصاب عبد ذنبًا (١) فقرأهما ثم استغفر اللَّه إلا غفر له: ﴿وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا فَعَلُوا فَاحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ﴾ [آل عمران: ١٣٥]، إلى آخر الآية، ﴿وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ سُوءًا أَوْ يَظْلِمْ نَفْسَهُ﴾ (٢) [النساء: ١١٠].
Hazrat Aswad and Hazrat Alqamah narrate that Hazrat Abdullah said: There are two verses in the Book of Allah; if any servant commits a sin and then recites these two verses and seeks forgiveness from Allah, Allah Almighty forgives him. (Ayah: And those who, when they commit an open sin or wrong themselves...) up to the end of the verse, (Ayah: And whoever does an evil deed or wrongs himself...).
