Hadith 31435
٣١٤٣٥ - حدثنا شريك عن يحيى بن سعيد عن سعيد بن المسيب قال: قال معاذ بن جبل: لو أن رجلين يحمل أحدهما على الجياد في سبيل اللَّه، والآخر يذكر اللَّه، لكان أفضل أو أعظم أجرا الذاكر (١).
Hazrat Saeed bin Al-Musayyib narrates that Hazrat Muadh bin Jabal said: If there are two men, one of whom mounts a horse to fight in the way of Allah and the other remembers Allah, then the one who remembers Allah will be considered superior or will attain a greater reward.
