Hadith 31297
٣١٢٩٧ - حدثنا ابن فضيل (حدثنا حصين بن عبد الرحمن) (١) عن مجاهد عن عبد اللَّه بن عمر قال: من قال حين يقوم من مجلسه: سبحانك اللهم وبحمدك، أشهد أن لا إله إلا أنت أستغفرك وأتوب إليك، قال: كفى اللَّه عنه كل ذنب في ذلك المجلس (٢).
Hazrat Mujahid narrates that Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) said: Whoever recites this supplication when leaving a gathering: "O Allah! You are pure and I praise You. I bear witness that there is no deity except You. I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance." Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) said: Allah, the Lord of Majesty, removes every sin committed in that gathering from him.
