Hadith 31287
٣١٢٨٧ - حدثنا (حسن) (١) بن موسى (حدثنا) (٢) ليث بن سعد (عن عقيل) (٣) بن خالد عن ابن شهاب أنه قال: أخبرني عروة عن عائشة أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ كان إذا أخذ مضجعه نفث في (يده) (٤) وقرأ فيهما بالمعوذتين ثم مسح بهما جسده (٥).
Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would lie down on his bed, he would recite the Mu'awwidhatayn, blow on his hands, and then pass his hands over his entire body.
