Hadith 31182
٣١١٨٢ - حدثنا حاتم بن إسماعيل عن جعفر عن أبيه قال: كان ابن عمر إذا عصفت الريح فدارت يقول: شدوا التكبير، فإنها مذهبته (١).
Imam Muhammad al-Baqir states that when a stormy wind would blow and whirlwinds would form, Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to say: Proclaim the takbeer loudly and strongly, for indeed this takbeer will put an end to the wind.
