ما يدعى به للريح إذا هبت؟What Supplication Should Be Made When the Wind Blows?
Hadith 31181
٣١١٨١ - حدثنا عبيد اللَّه أخبرنا شيبان عن منصور عن مجاهد قال: هاجت (ريح) (١) أوهبت ريح فسبوها فقال ابن عباس: لا تسبوها، فإنها تجيء بالرحمة وتجيء بالعذاب، ولكن قولوا: اللهم (اجعلها) (٢) رحمة، ولا تجعلها عذابًا (٣).
Hazrat Mansur narrates that Hazrat Mujahid said: Once a strong wind blew, and people spoke ill of it. Upon hearing this, Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) said: Do not speak ill of it. Surely, the wind sometimes brings mercy, and sometimes it brings punishment. Rather, say: O Allah! Make this wind a means of mercy, and do not make it a means of punishment.
