Hadith 31103
٣١١٠٣ - حدثنا الفضل بن دكين عن (سعد) (١) بن أوس عن بلال بن يحيى قال: حدثني (شتير) (٢) بن شكل عن أبيه (شكل بن حميد) (٣) قال: أتيت النبي صلى اللَّه عليه (وسلم) (٤) فقلت: (٥) علمني (تعويذًا) (٦) أتعوذ به، فقال: "قل: اللهم اني أعوذ بك من شر سمعي وبصري ولساني ومنيي" (٧).
Hazrat Shakl bin Humaid narrates that I came to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: O Messenger of Allah, teach me a supplication with which I may give protection (ruqyah)? So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Say, "O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the evil of my hearing and my seeing, and from the evil of my tongue and my private parts."
