Hadith 30849
٣٠٨٤٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد السلام عن عطاء (١) عن سعيد وعبد الملك عن عطاء في الرجل يقتل ثم يدخل الحرم، قال: لا تبايعه أهل مكة ولا يشترون منه ولا يسقونه ولا يطعمونه ولا يؤوونه، ولا ينكحونه حتى يخرج فيؤخذ به.
It is narrated from Hazrat Saeed and Hazrat Ata regarding a person who commits murder and then enters the Haram, they said: The people of Makkah should neither buy nor sell with him, nor give him water, nor feed him, nor give him shelter, nor marry him. Until he leaves, then he will be apprehended.
