Hadith 30848
٣٠٨٤٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد السلام بن حرب عن خصيف عن مجاهد أن رجلا قتل رجلا ثم دخل الحرم، قال: يؤخذ فيخرج به من الحرم، ثم يقام عليه الحد (١)، يقول: القتل.
Hazrat Khaseef narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Mujahid that a man killed another man and then entered the Haram. He said: He will be seized and taken out of the Haram, then the prescribed punishment will be carried out upon him. He said: He will be killed.
