Hadith 30847
٣٠٨٤٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو الأحوص عن خصيف عن مجاهد قال: إذا أصاب الرجل الحد في غير الحرم ثم أتى الحرم، أخرج من الحرم، (فأقيم) (١) عليه الحد، وإذا أصابه في الحرم أقيم عليه في الحرم.
Hazrat Khaseef narrates that Hazrat Mujahid said: When a person becomes liable for hadd (punishment) outside the Haram and then enters the Haram, he will be taken out of the Haram and then the hadd will be carried out on him. And when he becomes liable for hadd within the Haram, then the hadd will be carried out on him within the Haram.
