Hadith 30845
٣٠٨٤٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن ليث عن عطاء أن الوليد (١) أراد أن يقيم على رجل الحد في الحرم، فقال له عبيد بن عمير: لا تقمه إلا أن يكون أصابه فيه.
Hazrat Ata says that Hazrat Walid intended to enforce the hadd punishment on a man in the Haram, so Hazrat Ubaid bin Umair said to him: Do not enforce the hadd punishment on him unless he committed the punishable act within the Haram itself.
