Hadith 30804
٣٠٨٠٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن إدريس عن طلحة بن يحيى قال: كنت جالسًا عند عمر بن عبد العزيز فجاءه رجل فسأله الفريضة، فلم يفرض له، فقال: هو كافر باللَّه إن لم يفرض له، قال: فضربه ما بين العشرة إلى الخمسة عشر.
Hazrat Talha bin Yahya narrates that I was sitting with Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz when a man came to him and asked him to fix a stipend for him. He did not fix a share for him, so the man said: "He is a disbeliever in Allah if he does not fix a share!" The narrator says: So he (Umar bin Abdul Aziz) had him beaten with ten to fifteen lashes.
