٣٠٧٩٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن عمرو قال: سألته ما كان الحسن يقول فيمن تزوج ذات محرم منه وهو يعلم قال: عليه الحد.
Hazrat Hafs says that I asked Hazrat Amr, what did Hasan Basri used to say about the person who knowingly marries his mahram? He replied: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out on him.
