في الشهادة على الزنا، كيف هي؟Regarding Giving Testimony for Zina: How Should It Be Done?
Hadith 30747
٣٠٧٤٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (هشيم) (١) عن مغيرة عن الشعبي أن اليهود قالوا للنبي ﵇ (٢): ما حد ذلك -يعنون الرجم، قال: "إذا شهد) (٣) أربعة أنهم رأوه يدخل كلما يدخل الميل في المكحلة فقد وجب الرجم" (٤).
Hazrat Sha'bi narrates that the Jews asked the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): What is its limit, that is, the punishment of stoning? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: When four men testify that indeed they saw the man entering (upon the woman) just as a needle enters a kohl container, then indeed stoning is established.
