Hadith 30535
٣٠٥٣٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن الشعبي قال: إذا سكر الإمام جلد وهو لا يعقل، فإنه إن عقل امتنع.
Hazrat Mughira narrates that Hazrat Sha'bi said: When the Imam is intoxicated, he should be flogged while he is not conscious, because if he regains consciousness, he will stop it.
