٣٠٤٩٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع عن شعبة قال: سألت الحكم عن الرجل (يسرق) (١) الطعام أو الحمار من الصحراء فقال: ليس عليه قطع.
Hazrat Sha’bah narrates that I asked Hazrat Hakam about a person who steals food or steals a donkey from the desert. He replied: The punishment of cutting the hand will not be enforced upon him.
