Hadith 30465
٣٠٤٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال: إذا وقع الرجل على أمته ولها زوج، فإنه يجلد مائة أُحصن أم لم يحصن، فإن حملت فالولد للفراش.
Hazrat Muammar narrates that Hazrat Zuhri said: When a man has intercourse with his slave woman while she also has a husband, then that person will be given one hundred lashes, whether he is married or unmarried. If she becomes pregnant, the child will be attributed to her husband.
