Hadith 30453
٣٠٤٥٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد القطان عن سفيان عن الشيباني عن الشعبي عن (عامر بن مطر) (١) عن عبد اللَّه في الرجل يقع على جارية امرأته، قال: إن استكرهها فهي حرة، وعليه مثلها (لسيدتها) (٢)، (وإن) (٣) كانت طاوعته فهي له (وعليه) (٤) مثلها لسيدتها (٥).
Hazrat Amir bin Matar narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood regarding the person who had intercourse with his wife's slave-girl. He said: If he forced her into adultery, then the slave-girl will be set free and a slave-girl like her will be obligatory for the owner, and if the slave-girl was complicit with him, then this slave-girl will belong to that person and a slave-girl like her will be obligatory for her owner from that person.
