Hadith 30431
٣٠٤٣١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن حسن عن ليث عن طاوس في الجارية تكون بين الرجلين فيطأها أحدهما، قال: عليه (العقر) (١) بالحصة.
Hazrat Laith narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Tawus regarding the slave woman who was shared between two men, so one of them had intercourse with her. He said: That person will be liable to pay the mahr of intercourse by mistake according to his share.
