Hadith 30426
٣٠٤٢٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا روّاد بن الجراح عن الأوزاعي عن مكحول في جارية بين ثلاثة وقع عليها أحدهم، (قال) (١): (عليه) (٢) أدنى الحدين ⦗٤٣١⦘ مائة، وعليه ثلثا (ثمنها) (٣) (وثلثا عقرها) (٤) و (ثلثا) (٥) (قيمة) (٦) الولد إن كان.
Hazrat Awza'i states that it is narrated from Hazrat Mak'hool regarding a slave girl who was shared among three men, and one of them had intercourse with her. He said: At least two punishments will be applied to him, and two-thirds of her price will be obligatory upon that person, and due to intercourse in doubt, two-thirds of her dowry will also be obligatory, and if a child is born, then its price will also be included.
