Hadith 30393
٣٠٣٩٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن عبد اللَّه الأنصاري عن أشعث عن الحسن في الرجل يقول للرجل: أخبرني فلان أنك زنيت، قال: ليس عليه حد؛ لأنه أضافه إلى غيره.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that it is reported from Hasan Basri regarding the person who said to a man: "So-and-so informed me that you committed adultery." He (Hasan Basri) said: The punishment of qadhf (false accusation of adultery) will not be carried out on him, because he attributed this statement to someone else.
