Hadith 3039
٣٠٣٩ - حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال: كانوا يتعلمون التشهد] (١) كما تتعلمون السورة من القرآن (٢).
Ibrahim says that the predecessors used to learn the Tashahhud from each other just as they would learn a surah of the Holy Qur'an.
