Hadith 30334
٣٠٣٣٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا الضحاك بن مخلد عن ابن (جريج) (١) عن عطاء في الرجل يقول للرجل يا شارب (٢)، يا سارق، قال: ليس عليه حد، ولكن سياط.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that it is narrated from Hazrat Ata regarding the person who says to a man: "O drunkard, O thief." He said: There is no hadd (prescribed punishment) for this, but he will be given a few lashes.
