Hadith 30333
٣٠٣٣٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا معاذ بن معاذ عن أشعث (عن الحسن) (١) في الرجل يقول للرجل: يا شارب خمر، يا سكران، قال: كان لا يرى عليه حدًا.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that it is reported from Hasan Basri regarding the person who says to a man: "O drinker of wine, O intoxicated one," you did not consider the prescribed punishment (hadd) obligatory upon him.
