Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Abu Hurrah narrates that Hasan Basri said: A slave forced a woman into adultery and had intercourse with her. Then both of them came to Hasan Basri with their dispute, at a time when he was serving as a judge. So he imposed the prescribed punishment (hadd) on the slave and ruled in favor of the woman against the slave.
