Hadith 30313
٣٠٣١٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا (معمر) (١) (بن) (٢) سليمان (الرقي) (٣) عن حجاج أن حبشيًا استكره امرأة (منهم) (٤)، فأقام عليه عمر بن عبد العزيز الحد وأمكنها من رقبته.
Hazrat Hajjaj narrates that an Abyssinian forced one of his women into adultery, so Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz enforced the prescribed punishment on him. And he gave that woman authority over her own ownership.
